Hyper Dash: Kids game with a hint of RFID

Toy manufacturers have started using RFID technology in their products in order to make them more interesting for the kids. Wild Planet has unveiled a racing game named Hyper Dash which uses RFID for tracking kids’ location on a course which is defined using hockey puck size targets which are generally placed in open space.

Having a battery operated tagger senses the target which is closer and gives out voice commands which can be carried through the course. You can try various game modes which might deal with arithmetic or directions and the multiplayer relay enables children to pass transmitter back and forth for comparing various time schedules. The game will be launched in a few months from now and retail for $30 a piece.
